The Traveling Open Art Display (TOAD) is an art space delineated by a tattooed rectangle on the forearms of two Johns— 2″ x 4″ plots of skin that have hosted drawings, petite paintings, mini-sculptures, micro-performances, live screenings and more! by over 100 artists over the last three years. The spaces strive every day to inject creativity into routine, providing a platform for art that can navigate through the boundaries between public and personal space.
